Client Account Manager

According to a Hale Group Study, 48% of an agency salespersons’ time is spent in non-selling activities. Acknowledging this fact T. Furr & Associates implemented what is known as our Client Account Management team. With a commitment to excellence and a high level of customer service, this team handles many of the behind the scenes administrative tasks. This allows our sales people to concentrate on sales-driving behaviors.

Each Client Account Manager is responsible for building a sales plan that embodies manufacturer sales objectives, initiatives and quota obtainment. We work in conjunction with the Vice President that oversees each sales team in driving these initiatives at the distributor and operator level. Our team updates key players against our growth targets allowing us to be a proactive vs. reactive company. We leverage manufacturer growth programs in order to achieve the maximum potential payout. To this end we analyze distributor trends and develop plans to address these developments in a timely manner. The CAM department also utilizes marketing tools such as direct mail, couponing, promotions and desktop publishing as further means of enhancing our sales.

As the client’s point of contact this team is available to answer all questions and provide answers within 24 hours. We disseminate all communication between all territories so we are delivering one consistent message to our entire sales force. We also coordinate the flow of information to the distributor or manufacturer client.
